“Everything about this property was perfect. Great location close to Downtown. Adorable, comfortable eclectic choice of rooms. Booked everything online and you don't have to go to a front desk to check in. Restaurant looks good. Stayed over one night, New Year's Eve. The other 2 couples loved their rooms too. Will definitely book a weekend stay. Not your run of mill hotel room. The cost was very reasonable. And they offer early check in and late check out. A must stay, if you visit the quaint city of Sanford.”

“I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals around Sanford, but this was my favorite. Communication was great and the check-in / check-out process was seamless. The space was well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was cold. The location was also perfect. It’s so close to downtown. I will definitely be back.”

“Came here over the weekend and was impressed with the room. It was extremely clean and nice place to stay near the airport. Would have loved to have breakfast with the chef but was unable to contact them after several attempts. Found the check in process very long and the $300.00 room fee to be a fit extreme. Downside there is no front desk or anyone to help you if you have questions or needs.”

“Excellent stay. This is a very nice, clean, cozy, and quiet Inn located in a mostly residential area of Sanford, several blocks south of the shops and market area near Lake Monroe. All online check-in and check-out was convenient but we never actually saw or interacted with anyone running/managing the Inn, even when we got there around 7 pm. This was a bit unusual as it's kind of nice to have someone greet you and share some information. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars for service. We were visiting to see our daughter perform at the Boots & Roots Festival in Sanford.”

“We didn’t have to check in with someone, we just followed the email link they sent for checking in. It was easy and convenient since we got in late and had to leave early the next morning. Comfy bed, nice tiled shower, black out curtains worked well!”

“Room was so cute!! Lived up to its name “the rose tea room”. We had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and so convenient to downtown historic Sanford , which is where we needed to go for the art fest we participated in. Great place. And the ease of check in and check out, right from phone, was fantastic.”

“Great place! Really cute & clean. I wouldn’t rent it for working. Very poor WiFi. A few minor issues…could have used a kitchen towel or two and a floor mat towel for stepping out of the shower. The toilet seat was feeling like it might’s come off. Other than that it was great! I’m sure I could have asked for more towels. When I messaged about the WiFi the responses were quick. Would definitely stay again.”
